What’s your typical lead time for an order?
For standard grades from our catalogue, lead time is typically 7-14 working days from order confirmation. Custom formulations and large bulk orders may take 3-4 weeks. Once we receive your specs, we’ll confirm an exact timeline before you commit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We supply customers across India and overseas markets. For exports, we handle documentation, container loading and freight-forwarder coordination. Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) and Incoterms are agreed at the quote stage so there are no surprises at dispatch.
What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs depend on the grade and packaging format. Share your line, grade and target volume on the form above and we’ll quote the minimum quantity along with the price. Smaller trial quantities are available for first-time customers.
Can I get a sample before placing an order?
Yes. We send small trial samples (typically 1-2 kg) for evaluation on your line. Use the form above and tell us your resin, application and intended loading. Sample shipping is free within India; export samples are available with shipping at cost.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
We respond to enquiries within one business day (Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM IST). Urgent technical questions are typically answered same-day. Export quotes may take 1-2 days when full documentation is required.
Do you offer custom formulations?
