Quality & traceability
Quality here is not left to habit, it is written down. Every batch follows the same documented process, from the day raw material arrives to the day the consignment is dispatched. Each stage is checked, recorded and signed off, so the product you receive behaves the same way order after order. The whole system is audited externally every year by an accredited certification body.
Incoming raw material
Every incoming material is checked before it enters production. Off-spec lots are held back. Nothing moves to the shop floor until it matches the supplier's certificate.
In-process sampling
Samples are pulled and tested at every stage of production. If a reading drifts from the grade card, the line is corrected before the batch moves ahead.
Finished-goods sign-off
Each finished batch is tested against its grade spec. QC signs off before sealing. Only a passed batch gets packed and moved to the warehouse.
Dispatch and traceability
Every pouch carries a batch ID, and a Certificate of Analysis ships with the consignment. Any lot can be traced back to the line and shift it ran on.
Datasheets & certificates
Every consignment leaves the plant with its paperwork in place. A Certificate of Analysis ships with each batch, so you can verify the material against the agreed specification the day it arrives. Technical datasheets and safety data sheets are available for every grade, and if you need anything specific for an audit or a new project, ask and we will send it across.

What quality tests are performed before dispatch?
Every batch is tested three times: raw material, during production and on the finished pellet. A Certificate of Analysis with the lot number and test values ships with every consignment.
Are you independently audited?
Yes. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and audited annually by an accredited body. Customer audits of the Jodhpur facility are welcome with reasonable notice.
Can you run a custom formulation trial?
Yes. Share your resin and end application. We build a matched formulation, send a trial sample with a draft Certificate of Analysis, and move to production once you approve it.
Can you provide a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) with every batch?
Yes. Every consignment ships with a CoA showing the grade, lot number and test results against agreed tolerances.
