DryLam Filler Masterbatch is a calcium carbonate based filler masterbatch engineered for extrusion lamination, blown film lamination and multilayer film structures where surface quality and processing stability are critical. Formulated with ultra-fine, high-purity calcium carbonate and a compatible polyethylene carrier, it delivers excellent dispersion, smooth melt flow and a superior film surface finish.
Unlike conventional fillers, this formulation delivers stable, defect-free processing in moisture-sensitive lamination operations, avoiding the issues that typically require additional desiccant or functional masterbatches. Under controlled moisture conditions, no additional desiccant masterbatch is generally required.
It also improves stiffness, dimensional stability and bonding performance, making it ideal for lamination films, pouch films, multilayer packaging films and extrusion coating applications. Dry blend with base resin and ensure uniform mixing before processing on blown film, cast film or extrusion lamination lines within the standard processing window.
