Calcium Filler Masterbatch cuts material cost by replacing part of your virgin polymer with calcium carbonate, without changing the line or the quality.
The filler is carried in pellets matched to your resin and dosed at the hopper just like a colour or additive, so there are no equipment changes. High-purity calcium carbonate and low moisture keep dispersion clean and extrusion stable, so quality and output hold up across PP and PE lines.

Calcium Filler Masterbatch [PP]
PP carrier with a high calcium carbonate content, engineered for polypropylene extrusion and injection moulding. Suited to raffia and woven sacks, thermoformed sheet and moulded housewares, where it lowers material cost while adding stiffness and improving surface finish.

Calcium Filler Masterbatch [PE]
LLDPE carrier with a high calcium carbonate content. Formulated for blown film extrusion, suitable for shopping bags, garbage bags and packaging films. Both grades share the same white pellet appearance; the difference is the carrier resin, not the look.
