About Shreegopal Polychem
Polymer additives, engineered in Jodhpur since 1997.
From a single moisture-control desiccant in 1997 to twenty-six grades across five families today, all compounded, pelletised and quality-checked under one roof in Jodhpur. The families cover moisture, fill, colour and functional masterbatches, each tuned for a specific problem on the line, from regrind moisture to colour that has to hold across kilometres of film. Customers across India and overseas trust the consistency of every batch.

Industries we serve
Wherever a polymer needs to behave differently.
Lamination film, woven sacks and FIBC, drip irrigation pipe, cable jackets, box strapping, dope-dyed yarn and pharma blisters, our additives run on extrusion, moulding and compounding lines across fifteen industries.
Quality control
Lab-tested. Every batch.
Every batch passes a three-stage check, raw-material intake, in-process control, and finished-pellet sign-off, before it leaves the Jodhpur plant. A Certificate of Analysis travels with every consignment, recording lot ID, test record and traceability data. We treat consistency as a contract, the lot you sample today should match the lot you order next year.
Frequently asked questions
What products does Shreegopal Polychem manufacture?
Twenty-six grades across five families: desiccant powder (Anti-Moisture Powder in Royal, Future, Supreme), desiccant masterbatch (Shineaddi, Sanjivini), filler masterbatch (calcium [PP/PE], talc, sodium, Modifier Polybooster W, DryLam), colour masterbatch (white, black, custom colours), and additive masterbatch (OB, UV, Anti-Rodent, Anti-Static, Anti-Block, Slip, Anti-Oxidant, Poly PPA, Odor Remover, FR, Nucleator BT, VCI).
What industries do you serve?
Our grades run on extruders, moulders, calenders and mixers across flexible and rigid packaging, woven sacks and FIBC, agriculture, pipes and fittings, houseware and crates, wire and cable, automotive, electrical and electronics, strapping and sutli, textiles and yarn, recycling, polymer compounding and healthcare. Customers sit across India and a growing list of overseas markets.
Are you ISO certified?
Yes, ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, with annual surveillance audits. The QMS governs raw-material intake, in-process control during compounding, dispatch testing and CoA sign-off. A copy of the current certificate is available on request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export across the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia and beyond. We handle invoicing, packing list, certificate of origin, MSDS and container loading; shipping terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) and Incoterms are agreed at the quote stage so there are no surprises on the dock.
What is a masterbatch?
A masterbatch is a concentrated pellet of pigment, additive or filler dispersed in a carrier resin, used to colour or modify a base polymer during extrusion or moulding. It removes the dust handling of powder dosing and gives more consistent dispersion. Loadings vary by type, from a small addition for colour and functional grades (anti-block, slip, UV) to a higher proportion for filler masterbatches dosed for economics. We share the recommended dosage per grade.
How are your additives different from generic alternatives?
Three things. Carrier resin and dispersion are tuned to your base polymer (PE, PP, PVC, PET or engineering grades) so the masterbatch melts in your processing window rather than throwing gels or pushing screen pressure. Every batch is verified for moisture, MFI, dispersion, particle size and lot-to-lot colour delta before despatch, with a CoA travelling with each consignment. Loading and carrier are adjusted on request rather than offering a single off-the-shelf grade.
