Frequently asked questions
Which industries do you primarily serve?
We supply polymer additives to manufacturers across flexible & rigid packaging, automotive, wire & cable, agri films, building & construction, electrical & electronics, consumer appliances, healthcare & pharmaceutical, paints & coatings, rubber & elastomers. Our additives run on extruders, moulders, calenders and mixers used across these end-uses.
Do you offer custom formulations for specific applications?
Yes. Our application team adjusts loading, dispersion and carrier system to match your resin, line speed and end-use spec. Private-label and bulk orders are accepted with consistent specs across consignments. Trial samples are available for evaluation on your equipment before commitment.
Are food-contact or pharmaceutical-grade options available?
Yes. We supply food-grade white masterbatch and excipient-grade calcium carbonate that meet relevant BIS, BP and IP specifications. Specific application requirements should be discussed at the enquiry stage so we can confirm grade suitability and provide the right documentation.
Do you provide technical support during trial runs?
Yes. Our application team provides processing recommendations, dispersion data and post-trial troubleshooting. For complex formulations or new line setups, on-call support during commissioning is available. Tell us your line specs and resin grade and we’ll align before the first sample ships.
My process isn’t listed above, can you still help?
Most likely yes. The industries shown are where we have the most active customers; the same product range applies to many adjacent applications (engineering polymers, foam, geo-membranes, irrigation, etc.). Send us a short brief on resin, line type and end-use and we’ll respond within one business day.
