White Masterbatch for bright, opaque moulded bottles and caps

White Masterbatch

High-opacity titanium dioxide-based masterbatch for bright, consistent white across polyolefin substrates.

White Masterbatch is a clean, bright white for any plastic part. It carries titanium dioxide pigment in a polymer pellet form. When let down into your base resin, it gives the finished part its opacity, brightness and a uniform white colour.

It is used wherever a plastic part needs to hide what is behind it and look clean and consistent, from packaging film and sheet to moulded containers and pipes.

Key benefits

Strong opacity & whiteness

High rutile titanium dioxide loading delivers bright, opaque white even in thin film and moulded sections.

Uniform pigment dispersion

Twin-screw compounded pellets keep colour consistent across long runs and multiple production lines.

Heat-stable through processing

Withstands typical extrusion and injection moulding temperatures without yellowing or colour shift.

Food-contact grades available

Compliant grades for direct and indirect food-contact packaging are available on request.

Frequently asked questions

What is White Masterbatch used for?

It is a polymer-carrier concentrate of titanium dioxide pigment, used to give plastic parts opacity and a bright white finish. Typical applications include packaging film, sheet, moulded containers, pipes and outdoor parts.

Which polymers does it work with?

Standard grades are compatible with polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride. We match the carrier resin to your base resin so the masterbatch melts and disperses cleanly during processing.

Can I get a trial sample?

Yes. Share your base resin, end application and target opacity, and we will ship a matched grade for line evaluation along with a Certificate of Analysis.

Is it suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Weather-resistant grades are available for outdoor and long-life applications. For demanding sunlight exposure, we recommend pairing it with our UV Stabilizer Masterbatch.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard grades ship in 7 to 14 working days from order confirmation. Custom formulations matched to a specific application take 3 to 4 weeks. We confirm an exact timeline at the quote stage.
